Okay, it’s pretty black and white. You will save some serious bacon (up to 28% in our case) when you book any vacation rental directly through the property management company.

Using Lakeside Unit 59 | 3 Bedroom as our test unit, and the 4th of July weekend as our length of stay we compared the final checkout prices from our site, AirBnB, Vrbo, and Booking.com. We were quite shocked to see the markup of all the booking channels, especially AirBnB’s. That’s crazy!
