Our first priority is creating vacation experiences that are unique, fun, and above all, safe. We’ve completely reshaped how we offer our services in light of Covid-19. Here are a few things we’ve changed over the last couple of months in order to ensure that our guests are protected as much as possible:
Cleaning Protocols
We’ve always emphasized cleanliness, but now we’ve expanded our process to protect our staff and sanitize every home in accordance with CDC guidelines. Homes are blocked between stays to allow extra time for cleaning and disinfecting to ensure future guests are safe. Our full-time cleaning staff will continue to provide top-quality service and fresh clean linens at your request. We also make sure to sanitize desks, doorknobs and drawer handles, plus anything else that gets touched. And we wear our masks!
