FAQ

How old do I have to be to rent?

You need to be at least 25 years old to rent. On the terms and conditions agreement, you’ll need to provide the names and ages of any guest five years or older.

 

When I book my reservation, what information will be sent to me?

Once you book your reservation, you will receive an electronic copy of the terms and conditions. Sign the terms and conditions, and pay the balance in full. This will generate your pre-arrival email. On the pre-arrival email you will find your property address, reservation dates, concierge services, your property door access code, and our contact information.

 

Do I need to provide a photo id?

If your reservation is booked within seven days of your stay, you will be required to provide a copy of your driver’s license. Also, certain luxury homes require a photo identification.

 

Should I contact you if I’m part of a group reservation or large party?

Absolutely! We might have a group discount available for you and your party.

 

Is there an onsite check in office?

No, there is not an onsite check-in. Unit access information will be sent in your pre-arrival email.

 

Once I get to the property, how do I check in?

No need to check in with us unless you’re arriving late at night.

 

If I’m checking in late, do I need to make special accommodations?

Please notify our staff if you plan on arriving after 8pm. We will make sure your door code is working and confirm that you have directions to the property. We don’t want you stranded in the dark as we are not onsite.

 

How do I access my vacation rental?

The property access door code is located on the pre-arrival email. When you arrive at the property, put the door code in and open the door.

 

What if my door code doesn’t work?

If you enter the door code more than three times, you will automatically be locked out. Call our reservation team for a new door code. 801.745.3194

 

What about parking?

Parking varies by property. If you are staying at Lakeside or Edgewater, you’ll have assigned parking. Guests of Lakeside are required to display a resort issued parking pass. Your parking passes are located in your arrival package in the condominium. Please contact us if you need special accommodations  for RVs and boats.

 

Can you accommodate large groups?

We love helping large groups find the perfect place. Call us and we’ll help make your gathering amazing.

 

I’m getting married! How can you help me?

Congratulations! Call our wedding specialist, Kimberly, and she’ll take the stress out of the process. She’ll build an amazing itinerary for your events, prepare and deliver guest baskets, coordinate dry cleaning, provide catering and guide you through the local wedding venues. Where is the nearest Airport?

The Salt Lake International Airport is an hour drive from the Ogden Valley. Ogden Hinckley Airport, 30 minutes away, provides service from California (LA), Nevada (Las Vegas) and Arizona (Phoenix). Flights are cheap, but run on limited days per week through Allegiant Airlines.

 

 Can I bring my dog/pets?

Because our properties are private homes, most of our vacation rentals do not allow pets. There is $500.00 fine for an unauthorized pet. We do have a few pet friendly lodging options. Contact our reservation office to book a pet reservation. 801.745.3194
