You will arrive at your rental in professionally-cleaned condition. When you leave, our housekeepers will clean the property. The cleaning fee is mandatory and nonrefundable. Should the property require more than the regular cleaning services, you will be charged for any additional costs. Homes are blocked between stays to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting. Desks, doorknobs, drawer handles, and anything else that gets touched is sanitized.
Reservations that are 14 days or longer require a mid-stay clean that includes replacing linens, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, replacing toiletries, and refreshing towels and wash cloths. If you’d like your rental cleaned during your stay, the cost is $40 per housekeeper per hour, the same as the required mid-stay clean.
