Staying with us over the holidays? We have some great options to get a Christmas tree in your rental! For a live, fully-decorated tree, the cost is $125 plus the cost of the tree. This includes the stand, delivery, and decoration. For a decorated artificial tree, the cost is $250 even. Decorating homeowner trees are $35 an hour.
