This week’s summer guided programming teaches you the basics of trail running. Hit the trails with the right preparation! Identify appropriate footwear, hydration, hazards of the trail (i.e. animals, terrain, weather, obstacles, etc.) and trail etiquette.

Please check in at the rentals desk in the Grizzly Center at least 15 minutes prior to the start. Class is 90 minutes long.
