The Dining Discovery: Brewmaster’s Dinner

The Snowbasin Resort Culinary Team has crafted a menu of perfect pairings to all the earthen flavors that can be found in beers.  This is a beer and food feast that is not to be missed.  Both the Chef and the Brew Masters will be on hand to answer questions and talk about all the ingredients and why they chose to pair certain dishes with certain beers to bring out the flavors of each.
