Opening Day at Snowbasin Resort 2019-2020

The tentative opening day at Snowbasin Resort will happen on November 30th this year, depending on weather and snow conditions. With the recent cold temperatures, Snowbasin Resort has already fired up their snow guns for the season! Between the renovations to Earl’s Lodge, additional on-mountain snowmaking on Mt. Ogden Bowl Road, the relocation of the on-mountain clinic to the base area, expansion of new family zone-specific runs, additional parking and welcoming back NASTAR we invite you to join us this winter. Experience the new improvements and start the season with our opening day celebration on Wednesday, November 27th,” says General Manager, Davy Ratchford.

***Disclaimer – Camping for the first chair will be permitted at Snowbasin, however, all camping gear needs to fit within the lift maze, no open fires are allowed, and all camping gear needs to be cleaned up by 7:00 am.
