Huntsville Independence Day Celebration in Ogden Valley, Utah

Each year, the popular Huntsville Independence Day Celebration draws thousands to enjoy the small town flavor of a patriotic weekend of events, not the least of which is the popular Breakfast in the Park, which serves thousands of pancakes to hungry revelers. The breakfast lasts until 10:00 am, just in time for the parade to start.
A flag ceremony kicks the day off right, followed by The Rob Burton Memorial Run, at 7:00 am, which includes a 10k, a 5k and a 1 Mile race for the kids.
The Huntsville parade features all the usual suspects of a good old fashioned home town event, tractors, local politicians, an occasional political float, and a few goats walking the course with (or without) their proud owners.
The festivities in the park features live music all day, tons of booths for the kids with face painting, games and a small colony of bounce houses. Food trucks also come together like wagons on the prairie to offer sustenance to folks during the day.
A spectacular fireworks show provides a grand finally  day as the sun sets over the high peaks of the Wasatch mountain range.
