This luxury Eden rental is approximately  6,679 square feet over 3 levels. It comfortably sleeps 16 people and features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, 2 family rooms, kitchenette, 3 gas fireplaces, in ground hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor deck, outdoor patio, 3 laundry spaces, and a 2 car garage.

Main Level

This Custom home has the most gorgeous views in Eden and the main level has the perfect access to the outdoors. The open living room with enormous picture windows is complemented by beautiful indie decor throughout the main level. You can sit back and enjoy the views, watch tv, or prepare a scrumptious meal in the gourmet kitchen that comes fully stocked. There are also two deck doors that grant access to the backyard with a relaxing view of the valley.

Enjoy the  first master bedroom that features a king bed, a small stone fireplace, backyard access, and a master bathroom. Venture down the hall to enjoy the additional bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, a full attached bath, and front row access to the backyard with an inground hot tub for those late night soaks.

Lower Level

Descend downstairs to have full access to the family room full of games and four comfy bedrooms. The family room features a beautiful stone gas fireplace which centers it all in with the indie western style. Enjoy preparing meals and drinks at the kitchenette while others can play pool and enjoy watching TV. The first bedroom is a queen with an attached full bath and adjacent to that room is a very spacious laundry room, perfect for the wet ski clothes after a good snow day. The second bedroom features double bunks with full mattresses on the bottom and twins on the top with an attached full bath as well. The third bedroom features two queen beds with an attached full bath. And lastly, the fourth bedroom features a queen bedroom with a full attached bath.

Upper Level

The upper level features “ The Crow's Nest” which offers 360 degree views of the valley, all while enjoying some family time in the second family room with satellite tv and comfy sectional sofa.
