Some of the amenities of the surrounding complex include a community pool, a hot tub, and an exercise area.

The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with rich alder cabinets, granite countertops, a large food prep area, and beautiful views. It opens into the dining area with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.  An outdoor deck offers beautiful mountain views and outdoor seating.

The upper level has a spacious master with a King bed and ensuite bathroom complete with a large tub, separate shower, and double vanity. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the loft area with a day bed and trundle and a small desk perfect for sneaking away or for use as extra sleeping quarters. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom.

The lower level adds a third bedroom with a Queen bed and triple bunk. A full bathroom and large family room have a game table, fireplace, and satellite TV. Also found on this level is a private movie room and walk-out access to the back patio with a grill.
